The Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority (SBMA) invites interested Port Operators (challengers) to participate in the challenge process for its  Project “Operation and Management of New Container Terminal-1 (NCT-1).
 
Request for Comparative Proposal (RFCP)/bid documents are available at the SBMA-Project Management Office, Engineering Department, Bldg 29, Subic Bay Freeport Zone starting at 8:00 A.M. of  March 14, 2007 up to 5:00 P.M. of  June 18, 2007 upon payment of a non-refundable amount of Php100,000.00 or US$2,000.00 to the SBMA Treasury Department at Bldg. 229, Waterfront Road, SBFZ. A Pre-Proposal Conference (Pre-bid) shall be held on May 9, 2007, 2:00 P.M. at the SBMA Corporate Board Room, Bldg. 229, Waterfront Road, SBFZ. The deadline for submission of complete bid proposals shall be on or before 5:00 p.m. on June 18, 2007 at the SBAC Chairman’s Office, Office of the Administrator and CEO, Room 205, Bldg. 229, Waterfront Road, SBFZ.
