The SUBIC BAY METROPOLITAN AUTHORITY (SBMA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) for Goods and Services, invites Eligible Bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder items:

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary "pass/fail" criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procurement Reform Act".
Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during regular office hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m..
Bid Documents will be available to prospective bidders only upon payment of a non-refundable bid documents fee of P2,500.00 for Lot I and P1,500.00 for Lot II to the SBMA Treasury Dept. Bldg. 229, Waterfront Road, SBFZ, beginning on May 31, 2010 (Monday) up to 12:00 NN of June 21, 2010 (Monday).
It may also be downloaded from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and the website of the Procuring Entity, provided that Bidders shall pay the nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents not later than the submission of their bids.
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on June 7, 2010 (Monday) at 2:00 p.m. at the PPMD Conference Room, Rm. 201, Bldg. 255, Barryman Road, Subic Bay Freeport Zone which shall be open to all interested parties who have purchased the Bidding Documents.
Deadline for the submission and opening of the Bid/Tender Documents shall be on June 21, 2010 (Monday) at 2:00 p.m., PPMD Conference Room, Rm. 201, Bldg. 255, Barryman Road Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
The SBMA reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
