A. Please take note of the following provisions which were clarified during the Pre-Bid Conference, to wit:

• Specification Requirements:
• Compliance with the notes under Section VII of the Bid Documents shall be mandatory.
• Sample requirements on item no. 15, (floor tiles) can be secured from the BAC Secretariat.

2. Delivery Requirements:

• Within fifteen (15) calendar days from receipt of Purchase Order by the winning bidder.
• Ten percent (10%) Retention Fee shall be released three (3) months from acceptance by SBMA of the delivered items.

3. Payment Terms:

• Within thirty (30) calendar days after acceptance of the items.

4. Awarding shall be on a per item basis.

B. Bids should be submitted on August 16, 2006, Wednesday 2:00 p.m. at PPMD Conference Rm., Bldg. 255, Barryman Road, SBFZ. The opening of thereof shall follow immediately thereafter.
